I purchased a pool 12 months ago from Luxury Pool and Spa in Shirt Pump. We had a little issue when opening the pool this year. I called and left a message. Thomas called me back within an hour and was a true professional on the phone. He listened to my concerns, told me he would get back with me on Monday. Monday came and Thomas called as promised. Thomas and Racheal were able to address the issue and get everything corrected and fixed within 48 hours. The service was great, quick and they had the customers back...great company!

Which hot tubs do you service under warranty?

We are an Authorized Warranty Service Provider for all Caldera, Hot Spring, Endless Pools and Freeflow Spas, and we service all Caldera hot tub models.

What does your service department handle?

Our full-time service department provides a complete range of service, repairs, part installation, replacements and diagnostics.

My hot tub is not working. What should I check first?

Read your owner’s manual and make sure the filters are thoroughly cleaned. Many times the spa will not work because the filters are dirty or clogged, and dirty filters are not covered under the warranty. You can find manuals on our owner’s manuals page.
